Badminton Winter Camp

Badminton is very helpful to physical reaction and physical strength. It can not only improve muscle endurance, cardiopulmonary ability, and reaction ability, but also train reaction movements such as judgment, starting, moving into position and hitting the ball. Students can relax the mood and strengthen the body.
