In recent years, the concept of organizational innovation has gradually expanded from the business to the education field. It has become a prominent academic trend and an important topic discussed in education administration. This event is focused on the theme of "School Organizational Innovation and Management". We have the honor to invite professor Qin Mengqun. He is in Education Department of National Chengchi University. Today’s topic combined emerging current issues and discussing practical aspects for teachers and students. . I hope that through this lecture, our teachers and students will be able to understand below two focal points. First, the connotation of school innovation management, including knowledge classification, knowledge transformation mode, knowledge innovation stage, organizational learning theory and knowledge management theory…ect. Secondly, the content and importance of the school's innovative management, including the innovation of administrative management, the innovation of curriculum teaching, the innovation of external relations, the innovation of student activities and the innovation of the campus environment...etc. At the end of this speech, all the above mentioned can be classified and used in our education field.
