With the theme of "Promoting Maritime Silk Culture and Building a Bright City", the event aims to enhance the cultural identity of young students across the Taiwan Strait through the joint cooperation of colleges and universities on both sides of the Taiwan Strait, promote the exchange of creative design practices between college students on both sides of the Strait, and continue to vigorously promote rural revitalization. Since 2002, the experience camp has been approved by the Taiwan Affairs Office of the State Council for three times. The results of the competition have been organized and implemented by the School of Architecture of Huaqiao University, which has continued to vigorously promote the revitalization of the countryside
