This forum focused on three aspects, including medicine, preschool education and management in Taiwan and Japan. Within this forum, the following issues were discussed: challenges of the decline in childbirth faced by kindergartens and childcare centers; organizational transformation at educational institutions and talent education; and managers’ expert experiences in their management and business expansions in Taiwan and Japan. By discussing these issues, the forum offered possible strategies which met the current market demands in Taiwan.
