In the development process of a city, it is necessary to adapt the environment to a friendly city for new startup teams and build a complete entrepreneurial ecosystem to attract talents and stimulate the industry. According to the "Ministry of Education, 108 annual policy plan - the development of international higher education innovation" to handle the shift teaching. From October 21st to 28th, 108, in conjunction with the senior compulsory course "Industry Innovation Topics (3)", I led 8 students from the department to San Francisco, California for ex-situ teaching. In addition to arranging visits to Stanford University, the itinerary also visited local innovative technology startups. The purpose is to open up students' application of innovative technology, but also to let students understand the spirit and attitude of entrepreneurs, so as to compare the differences in the environment and cultural differences between Taiwan and the United States in new industries, and expand the international outlook of students in this department.
