The vision of the Bureau of Industry and Development is to promote the sustainable development of the industry and improve the quality of life of citizens. The strategic theme is to establish a sound business environment, create a cradle of entrepreneurship, and focus on development. Industry, creating a friendly ecology and optimizing people’s livelihood services. In terms of building a cradle of entrepreneurship, the Bureau of Industry and Development has promoted industrial innovation and incubation bases; in terms of developing key industries, it has been responsible for the BOT development of industrial support facilities in the Neihu Science and Technology Park; in terms of creating a friendly ecology, it has published version 2.0 of the energy policy guidelines; In terms of people's livelihood services, promote the reconstruction of wholesale and retail markets, such as Dalong Market, Nanmen Market, and Huannan Market.
