The speaker is a counseling psychologist in a private institute who is going to share as a counseling psychologist in a private institute how he works with children's social systems including important caregivers and the school systems. Furthermore, psychologists can't contact children's school systems until they get permission from children's parents. After obtaining permission, then they can conduct parent consultation or teacher consultation. The key to effective consultation is the ability to make changes to the children’s difficulties and help children’s families, classrooms, schools, and communities benefit from this. Compared with counseling, consultation is more time-efficient, effective, and economical.
