Youth Basketball Class

1. Lower grades: The basic training in basketball is presented in the form of games, and the method of guidance is used to open up school children's interest in basketball. 2. Middle grade: Strengthen basic movements, such as dribbling, shooting, layup, passing and defensive concepts. 3. Senior grades and above: In addition to the strengthening of basic movements, three-on-three team combination exercises are added to train the students' team understanding and cultivate their team spirit.
