Compassionate community promote people’s participation of the community activities, which unit each other to take care of the community, and inspiring the consensus of the community. The teachers and students of the Department of Health and Welfare of the University of Taipei and Taipei City Hospital team work together to promote Compassionate community. In the community activity, Dr. Julian Abe, vice chairman of PHPCI (Public Health Palliative Care International) visited and interacted joyfully with the elderly in the community.
