The purpose for this event is focus on implementation. The implementation is based on discussing the experiment, acknowledging the establishment of coaching habits, and modeling the coaching culture. This event also helping the principals to obtain or review the certification. Principals who is welling to attend the cultivate and certification class can building up the coaching system and help to promote the coaching model.
