In order to fulfill the Taipei City bilingual school’s teacher requirements, the municipal government financed pre-service student teachers to include bilingual education in their studies. This resulted in the cultivation of bilingual education through the drama that was performed by 18 financed students at this conference. In the performances, students conveyed the difficulties encountered in the training program and the process of overcoming them. Furthermore, the conference recruited bilingual education system professors and administrators to exchange their experiences and opinions, in order to cultivate the unique and multiple abilities of bilingual teachers.
