Mentalizaiton-Based Therapy Group(MBT-G) Research Participants Recruitment
Mentalization could be simply explained as a mental activity or mental process. Through mentalization, students are encouraged to utilize senses, analyzing skills and logic to infer other’s intention, and to establish a better interpersonal relationship among others. Furthermore, they may also apply such therapy into their daily lives.The fundamental application of Mentalization is based on the treatment of evolutionary psychology and neuroscience. By applying mentalization based therapy techniques and skills into a casual daily application, it indicates a more helpful and comprehensible treatment in psychotherapy. This lecture is to engage students with mentalization theories, as well as to demonstrate metanlization group therapy so as to allow students better understanding of mentalization based therapy.
