Combining with theme of the movie 「Soul」, the game uses seven types of Distorted Beliefs proposed by Beck, so that participants can understand through the game. In the game, participants will choose 2 to 3 types of Cognitive Distortion. After the game host explained, they will select cards randomly (cards are common distorted beliefs to elementary students) and need to distinguish which type the cards belong to.
