Various of factors can lead to children's silence. How to guide and consult selective mutism children is a big challenge for the teachers. With a variety of social approach nowadays, the problem of social anxiety become more serious. It is hoped that through this study, teachers are able to enhance their understanding of related diseases, also strengthen the communication between students and teachers through the share and discussion from clinical practice.
