It is hoped that counselors in the resource classrooms of universities are able to enhance the knowledge of the barrier-free environment improvement, also allowing the counselors to understand more relevant theories and strategies and are able to apply them to the campus. Through the combination of theory and practice, it is hope to enhance the effectiveness of teachers in improving the environment in practice.
