It is hope to enhance universities resource classrooms’ counselors’ understanding of different tools. Through this study, the counselors are able to acknowledge the relevant theories and strategies, and the way to apply them to the consultation. Through the combination of theory and practice, enhance the effectiveness of teacher’s consulting ability.
