The Art of Negotiation in the Office

The most important thing in communication is to make the two parties reach an agreement, and the other party needs to respond. This creates an integrated negotiation. Before heating a win-win situation, we must try to respond the other party’s request. This time, Professor Liu Bih-Rong from Soochow University was invited to talk about the "Art of Negotiation in the Office” Professor Liu gave our teachers and students a humorous speech about how to communicate with others in office. By using effective negotiation skills create a win-win situation.
