It  aims  to  advance  the  return and enhancement activities of primary and secondary school principals who have a certificate in the Principal Curriculum and Instructional Leadership, and lead  them to reflect,  dialogue,  learn, share  and practice,  so as  to  develop  the  best  practice  of Taiwanese  principalship.
