The topography of Taiwan is very changeable, with this kind of topography, it gave outdoor event a great space to develop, but specialized knowledge and practical experiences is very needed while doing the outdoor event, in order to decrease the risk of injury, outdoor event share a large part in the course, by doing so, we invite the committee member of National Fire Agency, Minstry Of The Interior, he shared his story of professional career and experiences, gave the student a better understanding of outdoor event, evaluation for safety environment and risk management.
