For low-income students, UTreduces or waives the admission application fee. Moreover, UTprovides subsidies for disadvantaged students to apply. UT provided various kinds ofscholarships and grants foreconomically disadvantaged students. Furthermore, UT reducesor waives tuition fees for low-incomestudents. Students are alsopermitted to pay the tuition fee by installment plan. There is a shuttlebus between the two campuses for commuting.
