The University establishes the Energy-Saving Action Plan of the University of Taipei every year and will announce and implement accordingly. In recent years, several obsolete, energy-consuming electric facilities, such as air conditioners, water chiller units, and electric lighting equipment, have been replaced by the University. The newly built library is a silver-rated building and has obtained the Smart Building Mark. Water resource surveillance systems are in place on the campuses. When abnormal water consumption occurs in each building, the personnel can promptly look for potential water leakage and troubleshoot the issue immediately.
