The purpose of this course is to enable students to master the complex financial statement information, and to accurately and efficiently judge the financial status and investment value of a company through simplified application. Financial statements are the most important and best field for fundamental analysis, which can not only improve investment efficiency, but also assist in making major decisions in the future at the corporate governance level. The syllabus includes the following six points: 1. First understand the various methods of investment and financial management in the market, 2. Learn the basic concepts of stock investment, including the importance of risk, pros and cons and fundamentals, 3. Teach basic financial knowledge, including three major statements , ratio, data application, 4. Use financial data to select pocket stock list for actual combat learning, 5. Teaching different sets of stock price evaluation and compensation calculation methods, learning flexible application methods, 6. How to find data? Practical exercise.
