Through this speech, we understand more clearly that the construction of the MRT needs to go through the process of feasibility study, planning and design, environmental assessment, etc. The construction of the entire MRT needs to go through several years of evaluation, research, planning and review. Designers must have a long-term vision for the city to create well-being for citizens and bring a better quality of life. Finally, I would like to thank the teachers for arranging this lecture, and also thank the deputy director for sharing with us and answering our doubts about the MRT, so that we can learn more about the planning of the MRT.
