Community Resonance between Target Customers and Commodities and Services

This speech introduced the method of using social media to find target audiences, and the customer service that can be achieved by using social media in the process of product service. The speaker focused on the way of social marketing not only to increase the exposure, but also to hit the pain points of the target audiences, stimulate the actual benefits of goods or services, and make the target audiences become the key customers of their company.
