The purpose of this visitation is to enable students to understand how to utilize theory in actual working settings through site visitation. Students can have a better understanding on the process and procedures of the court hearing and implementation of counseling in the court system through visitation of Taipei District Court (i.e. the work and practice of probation officer, family mediation court, and the work content of the clerk etc.). This not only enables the students to better grasp the implementation of their expertise in the judicial system, but promotes greater diversity in students’ future career planning.
