"2023 Symposium on Learning Materials and Instructional Innovation: Learning Materials in Interdisciplinary Development and STEAM / STEM Education" will be held at University of Taipei on May 12, 2023, hosted by the Department of Learning and Media Design. This seminar includes 2 keynote speeches, multiple academic paper and poster paper presentations, and a performance of the department’s cross-domain diversified learning media. The main topics of the conference are the cross-domain development of learning and media materials and STEAM/STEM innovative teaching. Keynote speakers include Dr. Aiso Heinze, professor of the Department of Mathematics Education at Kiel University in Germany, and Dr. Jessica Hoth, professor of the Department of Computer Science and Mathematics at the University of Frankfurt in Germany. The themes of the conference include: 12 years of national education teaching innovation under the cross-domain development of learning and media materials, STEAM/STEM innovation, integrating topics into curriculum and teaching, teaching innovation and digital courses, teaching materials and study manual development, national language and bilingual courses, and others Issues related to course teaching. This year’s Learning Media and Teaching Innovation Forum event brought together more than 200 students, teachers, education experts and scholars in education and related disciplines for academic exchanges and professional dialogues.
