Professor Chen shared the model for writing doctoral dissertation and master’s thesis, explaining the current motivation for dissertation research, as well as the steps for research design and planning, including: having a basis in the literature, follow-up research procedures (refer to the APA format), research procedures with reasonable logic, finding creative ideas for generating research topics, the reasoning findings of the research discussion, and finally, the conclusions and suggestions of the research. In the process of writing a dissertation, we have to develop our own proficiency (acquisition of knowledge), creativity, and action, and have an action attitude of starting with the end in mind to complete the dissertation writing.
