In this activity, the lecturer introduced class management skills and used real-time feedback to allow students to think and imagine. In the meantime, the lecturer shared in-depth experiences through students’ answers. In addition, the lecturer also took some cases for example to share the communication skills between parents and teachers, and let us reflect on how to respond to parents appropriately.
