This workshop invited Professor Yi-Han Wang to share the concept and practice of multicultural consultation and counseling. In the face of the increasing number of newcomers, how to help these groups adapt to various issues, such as language barrier, cultural adaptation, interpersonal relationships, etc., understanding their needs and empathizing with their plight are all issues that need to be paid attention to. Prof. Wang, through lectures, group discussions, and hands-on work, led the participants to understand the practice and dilemmas of multicultural counseling with a broader perspective.
