Every leadership literacy program must be properly understood and promoted, which is one of the most important jobs of a leader. Leaders must also apply what they have learned in order to lead their teams into the future in a rapidly changing society. This course will lead students to understand "the concept of leadership" and "how it is practiced by outstanding leaders."
