The speaker (Mr. Chen) encouraged the audience to rethink about the concept of "individual differences", and how to move away the block stones from parent-teacher communication by assisting and supporting in-service teachers in preschool classes to provide guidance for children with special needs. And also encouraged all leaners to do the reflection about communicating with parent by following professional ethics.
