Dr. Chun-Jung Ko graduated from the Department of Natural Science Education of our school in 2003. He currently serves as a faculty member at the Graduate Institute of Immunology, National Taiwan University College of Medicine as an assistant professor. He was elected as an outstanding alumnus of our school this year. It is an honor to invite him here today to share with us his academic experience and research results in recent years. Dr. Ko's research interests include exploring the mechanisms related to prostate cancer invasion and metastasis, the application and treatment of immunotherapy in tumors, and the relationship between the “PeliI” molecule and anti-tumor immunity. At the end of the talk, Dr. Ko encouraged the juniors to explore their own interests first and then develop in the fields of interest. He also welcomed students of our department to visit his laboratory or conduct researches.
