Conduct jam DIY workshop activities in classroom S104 of the Science Building. Let participants experience the actual process of making orange marmalade and learn how to mix and match the ingredients to make the jam have a better flavor. Everyone who participated in the activity has a different taste, so students can learn how to make jam with their favorite flavor.
