As winter approaches, we are organizing a Winter Scented Lotion Making Workshop. Throughout the course, participants will delve into the knowledge of lotions, including the use of various base oils and the therapeutic effects of essential oils. Attendees will learn to create natural lotions for skin nourishment, engaging their senses of sight, smell, and touch to enhance overall well-being and foster interpersonal interactions. The course objectives include gaining an understanding of the fundamentals of horticultural therapy, hands-on experience in crafting scented lotions to experience the healing power of different essential oils, and positively sharing the crafted lotions with family members.
