This four-day exploration journey through Taiwan's East led us to delve into the unique geological landscapes of Nanfang'ao, Shimen, Xiaoyeliu, and beyond. From the awe-inspiring Clearwater Cliffs in Nanfang'ao to the coastal erosion phenomena in Shimen, and the sedimentary wonders of sandstone and shale in Xiaoyeliu, each stop unveiled breathtaking natural wonders. The ancient Eight Immortals Cave prehistoric site added a historical dimension, revealing the longstanding history of this land. This profound geological exploration not only satisfied our curiosity about nature but also allowed us to personally experience the diverse and unassuming beauty of Taiwan's East.
