The overseas sports psychology course workshops and other reading clubs and academic seminars that I participated in in 2023 are the tenth courses (International Seminar in Sport and Exercise Psychology ). In order to deepen students' transnational cultural literacy and international communication skills, since 2015, we have led our students who are interested in learning motivation and physical activities to go overseas for exchanges by participating in this small seminar and reading club, and As a guide for exploring physical activities in health and fitness in the second semester of the year, overseas teaching will be carried out. A total of 4 people attended this time, and teachers and students jointly proposed relevant research to share. During the conference, teachers and students of our school benefited a lot. In addition to seeing the latest research trends on physical activity from scholars from four countries, Korea, Thailand, Malaysia, and Taiwan, the conference also learned by doing and specially arranged physical activity-related exchanges, such as through various countries. In addition to sharing performances to activate mutual communication, the experience of Muay Thai performance activities was invited to lead everyone to have a preliminary exploration of physical activities; in addition, since Seminar’s main promotion method is through the use of English as an international language, it can effectively integrate with the school’s school affairs development and higher education in-depth development plans. The painting effectively connects the goals of promoting students' international language and communication skills.
