Expressive Arts Therapy - Music Therapy

Music therapy is a form of therapeutic intervention that utilizes music as a medium to promote recovery and growth in psychological, emotional, cognitive, and social dimensions. Through collaborative engagement in music creation, performance, or listening during the therapeutic process, music therapists assist individuals in dealing with emotional distress, enhancing self-awareness, and fostering overall well-being of the mind and body.
