With the land reclamation in Jufan, many ancestors have brought ingredients and cooking techniques from their hometowns, expressing their memories and longings for their hometowns through food. In order to meet the needs of the people's livelihood, in the past when medical treatment was not widely available, people used plants to Many herbal tea recipes have been developed through knowledge and past experience; or the merchants who have settled here to expand their stores have passed down the classic taste to three or four generations and accompanied many people through their youth. The special exhibition "Liaoyiliao Food" focuses on "food" in the west part of the city. Teachers and students from the Department of History and Geography of Taipei City University actually went into the neighborhood and recorded various brands through interviews and collections. The exhibition combines picture books, sticker production, board games, 3D modeling, audio and video production and other composite media to present the exhibition, hoping to lead the public to understand the food culture of Chengxi from different perspectives.
