Ms. Chen is the principle of Taipei Municipal Zhongshan preschool. She found that the female carers or mothers were the main people who were responsible for carrying children in family through her several years interactive experience with parents. It's the culture about gender role in our society. She tried to change their family culture via parental education about gender equality and parent-teacher communication.
