Cultivate the soft power of urban regeneration overall planning talents-sustainable management and planning of long-term care units

[If you want to run a long-term care institution, what should you do? 】It is a great honor to invite Accountant Cai Yantan to give a speech. He has served as a lecturer on the Education and Training Program for Health and Welfare Ministerial Care Managers and the Financial and Taxation System for Long-term Care Professionals. Accountant Cai is a professional who is very familiar with the long-term care and health industry. Taiwan's declining birthrate and aging population are becoming more and more serious. In the future, the elderly will make up the majority of the population, and the elderly, disabled, and people with dementia will be the largest users of health insurance and care needs. Accountant Cai shared his practical experience in various fields, and also used these examples to bring into the field of long-term care and share the problems faced by long-term care institutions in my country. Accountant Cai pointed out that there is a gap between the healthy life span and the average life span of China's elderly population, so they will need long-term care; people may live at home or in long-term care institutions when they are old, but the number and beds of long-term care institutions are far from being able to catch up. The disabled population is increasing at a rapid pace, and nearly 74% of the residences in the Shuangbei area are inconvenient for the elderly. In order to solve these problems, there are business opportunities for age-friendly residences. In addition to age-friendly housing, Accountant Cai also shared practical cases of residential long-term care institutions that provide comprehensive care services like hotels, so that everyone can discuss and think about how to balance the costs and profits of long-term care institutions, and how much they cost. How long will it take to get back the money? What should we pay special attention to if we want to operate a long-term care institution sustainably? At the end of the speech, Accountant Cai shared the possible future trends of the long-term care industry: transforming private schools with insufficient enrollment and useless farmland into full-service accommodation institutions. While improving service quality, it can also effectively integrate long-term care. related industries and promote economic circulation.
