For this lecture, we invited Mr. Jin Shiqian, the former director of the zoo. Through Mr. Jin Shiqian’s speech, we learned about the director’s past opportunities and his love for animals. The dean used multiple animal videos and his own experiences to give a speech, sharing with everyone the interesting things he encountered in the process of serving as a veterinarian or a garden director, and explained through the speech many of the problems that animals encounter now, and how we will solve them in the future. Something to work towards.
