"Grandpa Bear Baby Series Training Course"-Infant and toddler dietary advice and introduction to the digestive system
Yonghe District Civil Rights Community Development Association's "Grandpa Bear Baby-Infant Respite Care Service" brings together retired elders in the community to provide temporary care services. The project team hopes that through our participation, Grandpa Bear Baby can Elderly volunteers have improved their professional training and strengthened service-related knowledge, so they began planning and preparing the "Grandpa Bear Baby Series Training Courses" in July 2012. They hope to impart the latest parenting knowledge to elder volunteers through training. The first course in the series In this class, we invited Dr. Lu Mengzhe, the attending physician of Shuanghe Hospital, to give in-depth explanations to the elderly volunteers on dietary recommendations for infants and young children and an introduction to the digestive system.After the professional training course, they all spent the last 20 minutes together to create a DIY Bear Baby clay. The clay can be pinched, molded, slapped, and swung. It is friendly to the elders. In addition to training the hands, In addition to the grasping ability and muscle strength of the body, you can also use some tools to create, train the fine movements of the fingers, and stimulate the creativity of the brain through the process of free creation. and imagination. During the course, Dr. Lu came to explain in detail the dietary recommendations for infants and young children and the introduction to the digestive system. Among them, Dr. Lu spent a lot of time sharing and explaining the common digestive problems of infants and young children and how to help them relieve them. Dr. Lu is a great guide for the elders. The workers explain the symptoms of these digestive problems, so that the elderly volunteers can fully understand the severity of the baby’s digestive system problems, and also provide three methods to relieve the baby’s discomfort. Infants and young children are prone to digestive problems because their digestive systems are not fully developed. Although There are some small steps you can take to ease your baby's discomfort, but if an elder volunteer has any concerns, the best decision is to consult a doctor directly.Dr. Lu also provides the following three methods for elderly volunteers to try to help relieve the uncomfortable symptoms of babies. 1.
