In order to implement the project goals and the service capacity of the base, the team held a community site inspection planning discussion meeting with Chairman Qiu at the Yonghe District Civil Rights Citizen Activity Center on October 12, 2012 (Thursday). The outline of the discussion matters is as follows: 1. One-bite cake course workshop I proposed a one-bite cake course workshop plan to the chairman. The chairman said that he could assist in setting up this course. The total cost of the course is 15,000 yuan. It is expected that 100 boxes of the finished product will be available at the end of October and early November, with a shelf life of 4 months. At present, the chairman will ask the food teaching material manufacturer to issue an estimate. The purchase will be made after the planning team gets the estimate. The cost of the food teaching materials needs to be discussed with the planning teacher and paid in advance. 2. Contents of volunteer profiles (may become a long-term post plan) (in units of months) Regarding volunteer profiles, posts and interviews will be posted in "monthly" units. Currently, the most suitable time is Friday 13: 00~14:00, list of 3 volunteers: volunteer supervisor-Su Yuling, volunteer team leader-Cai Bingyao, volunteer team leader-Lin Yumin, Students from the planning team will have their first site survey and preliminary understanding discussion on 10/13 (Friday) 10:00-15:00. Two human resources personnel stationed in the community - There are two human resources personnel stationed in the community. Mr. Wu assists with logistics support; Ms. Lian assists with clerical administration. It is expected that they will be promoted in October and can officially join the job in November. The employment documents of the two work-study students have begun to go through the school process. 5. Dr. Lin Yirong’s Lecture Series-(Dr. Lin’s follow-up series of topics) The chairman is still questioning Dr. Lin about the topic of Dr. Lin’s follow-up lecture.
