"Grandpa Bear Baby Series Training Course"-Basic concepts of early therapy and interactive skills of children's story games
Yonghe District Civil Rights Community Development Association's "Grandpa Bear Baby-Infant Respite Care Service" brings together retired elders in the community to provide temporary care services. We hope to teach the elderly volunteers the latest parenting knowledge through training. During the lecture, Dr. Lu shared with the students that the demand for early childhood education in Taiwan is increasing year by year, but there are risk factors related to developmental delays, such as the increasing proportion of older and obese pregnant women and high-risk pregnancies, the gap between urban and rural medical resources, and the cultures of different families and ethnic groups. and differences in upbringing and public understanding of child development, etc., may lead to an increasing number of high-risk newborns; however, the current joint assessment centers and medical institutions in Taiwan are assessing whether they are sufficient to handle the assessment and identification of all special children and subsequent regular follow-up and treatment. need?
