In this lecture, the teacher firstly put forward some of his own views on the gender issues in novels of the late Ming and early Qing dynasties. He also explained that the current gender studies generally include biological sex, social sex, gender temperament, and cross-gender ...... Therefore, the study of gender issues in fiction is actually a very obvious theme. Then the teacher began to analyze the difference between the terms chaste woman and martyr woman.
