Through participation in the Family Relationship Self-Exploration Group, students not only delve deep into exploring their own dynamics within the family, but also learn more effective coping mechanisms by listening to others' experiences in their families. These methods can be applied to their own family lives, thereby fostering healthier and more harmonious family relationships.
