Group counseling is a voyage of mutual understanding and collaboration, where members embark upon a journey of self-discovery and interpersonal exploration through group activities. Within the exchange and feedback among group members, they come to behold a different facet of themselves! Members perceive the establishment of intimate relationships as no facile task; they may find themselves emotionally tethered to someone yet uncertain how to progress further, or they may feel their existing relationship lacks stability. Through the selection of love cards and the exchange of dialogue within the group, members endeavor to delineate the cherished traits of a partner, discern their needs and desires within intimate relationships, and explore their own identity and anticipated modes of interaction within such closeness.
