The planning team takes "the older generation to develop and develop, and the younger generation to accompany and learn" as the starting point to plan a cross-generational practical exchange and learning workshop. Firstly, it hopes to change the younger generation's stereotype of the older generation, and secondly, to increase the understanding of the older generation. self-identity and self-worth, reconstructing the interactive relationship between the older generation and the younger generation, allowing both parties to learn from each other in the process of interaction Give back, encourage and care for each other to create the concept of mutual learning and community development. Today is the second time that the planning team has participated in the production of one-bite cakes. The members who bake one-bite cakes are all composed of seniors in the community. With the assistance of the planning team and training from the association, everyone is now very skilled in making them. The work process is also It was smooth, and with the participation of many students today, the production site was full of energy, laughter, and harmony. The planning team and teachers have also been involved in the process from research and development to production of Koufu. Whether it is in baking production, channel marketing, product packaging, brand design, etc., the planning team and teachers have jointly participated, discussed and implemented. future us Students from our school will be added to improve and design the packaging, making the products look more professional, youthful and energetic. We hope that our joining can give Yonghe Civil Rights Community Development Association’s Bite-Free Cookies a place in the gift-giving market. We also hope that through this production process, members of Yonghe Civil Rights Community Development Association can enjoy working together and create jobs. A sense of accomplishment and enhanced self-identity. In the future, the planning team will continue to promote and assist, combine the power of the community and students, and strive for independent financial resources for the Civil Rights Community Development Association, hoping to provide more services and care for more ethnic groups in the future.
