(I) Research and Development Division: administrative procedures, laws and regulations, common problems, and solutions for the application, change, request for grant, case closure, employment of non-staff personnel, commercial insurance, administrative management fees, and IRB research ethics of the National Science Council. (II) Accounting Office: administrative procedures, laws and regulations, common problems, and solutions for the purchase requisition and cancellation, operation of accounting systems, and report closure of the National Science Council. (III) Personnel Office: administrative procedures, laws and regulations, common problems, and solutions for the labor and health insurance enrolment (withdrawal) of the personnel employed by the National Science Council. (IV) General Affairs Office: administrative procedures, laws and regulations, common problems, and solutions for the purchase requisition and scientific research procurement of the National Science Council.
