The goal of the topic is to enhance the understanding of gender equality for resource room personnel in higher education institutions. It is crucial in practical settings. Through this workshop, we aim to improve their knowledge of gender-related issues and refine their counseling skills in dealing with such topics. This training will also focus on improving their abilities to address and support students affected by gender-based violence, including sexual bullying and assault.
